Winter time in Špindlerův Mlýn
Špindlerův Mlýn is the most popular ski resort in the Czech Republic. 25 kilometres of downhill runs and 75 km of cross country tracks are groomed every day throughout the winter season. In addition to skiing there are many other winter activities to enjoy.

Downhill skiing
The Labská downhill run is a 770 metres long, of medium difficulty with a three seat cable car that is situated only 100 m from the hotel. For beginners there is a ski-school with a training lift and a practice slope.
Svatý Petr (St Peter)
Svatý Petr is the most important sports resort in Špindlerův Mlýn and annually hosts major sporting events. There are three cable cars and five ski-lifts serving the resort in winter. The snow park with its half-pipe has proven very popular. In 2005 Svatý Petr hosted the Women´s Alpine Skiing World Cup. The Svatý Petr ski resort is accessible via hotel shuttle during the winter.
Medvědín
The Medvědín resort offers very good black and red runs which makes it ideal for more advanced skiers. It is connected via cable car with the Horní Mísečky resort.
Cross country skiing
Špindlerův Mlýn and its surroundings are peppered with groomed and marked cross country tracks of varying degrees of difficulty, ideal both for classical cross country skiing and skate skiing. The tracks are linked with the ´Krkonoše cross country route´ which covers 540 km in total. The Labská cable car will take you all the way to the cross country track in the direction of Horní Mísečky, which is the cross country skiing centre of the Krkonoše Mountains.
